Movies made with hanging-embryo mounts (random DV/RL orientation for each embryo).

Integrated transgene array.

Earliest expression ~120 minutes after fertilization, starting in C-derived hyp precursors. YFP remains very bright in posterior/dorsal hyp7 precursors until elongation begins. Expression in anterior hyp (AB-derived) increases to match C-descendant brightness. Dorsal and ventral body muscles also show bright expression in a segment of related cells in each quadrant.

Very similar to tbx-9, which is expressed from a tandem promoter.
