Movies made with hanging-embryo mounts (random DV/RL orientation for each embryo).
Integrated transgene array.
All movies are misoriented, with anterior to the right.
Expression begins ~230 minutes after fertilization in ancestors of the most posterior ~8 body muscle cells in each quadrant. Includes strikingly pointed cells in tail tip.
