Movies are made from hanging embryo mounts (random orientation for each embryo).

Expression is high at earliest recorded timepoints. Expression fading away from peak by the time embryonic movement occurs. High expression is retained in germ-cell precursors.

GFP is localized to the inner plasma membrane by the pleckstrin-homology domain of phospholipase C-delta. Outlines of all cells in the embryo are distinct.

0Jaj = Starts at 12-cell stage, continues 190 minutes (though gastrulation.
0Jax = Ventral view. Starts just after 24-cell stage, runs through most of gastrulation, elongation, movement.
0Jay = Dorsolateral view, 1 min/timestep. Absolute developmental time is mislabeled. Covers from comma to 2-fold stage.
0Jbk = Dorsal view. Starts shortly before morphogenesis, carries through elongation and movement.
1Jaj = Starts at 12-cell stage. Proceeds through some of gastrulation (190 minutes total).
