GFP becomes very bright in all gut cells as the embryo approaches and undergoes morphogenesis. <br /><br />In 0Jam, starting ~330 minutes, expression begins at a low-moderate level in dorsolateral muscle cells and perhaps in dorsal hyp7 precursors. Not seen in other two movies.
